::Herbal Consultations:: 

Herbal consultations are intended to bring focus to personal health goals; a container held to help guide and support the path forward with herbs, therapeutic bathing, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.

During an initial herb consultation we take the time to learn about you as a whole, connecting patterns in the mind, body, and spirit. Through consultations we get below the surface, uncovering unseen connections that affect our health. The aim being to shift patterns of imbalance and build a state of harmony between the different systems of the body.

Initial consultations typically last anywhere between 1 - 2 hrs. During this time we will review your intake form together and unpack the details of your current circumstances. After the initial consultation, within 3 days, you will receive a customized protocol with herb, food, lifestyle recommendations. 

Includes: 1 - 2 hr. initial consultation, an additional 20 min follow up call to review your written recommendations together.

Cost: $150

~ No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, please be in touch to discuss other options. 

* Prices for both the initial and follow up do not include the recommended items. Sources for the recommendations will be provided in the protocol and will be within the budget discussed during the consultation.

Consultations can be done in person in Brooklyn NY, or virtually on whats app video. Please indicate preference.

*House calls available on a case by case basis in the NYC area for an additional charge.

Following a consultation there are a couple different options to add on a customized herbal bath. Herbal baths and foot baths are a very effective way to support the body physically, mentally, and spiritually. Working with herbs, salts, minerals, clays, oils, milks, flower essences, and color we will build a customized bath to add to your herbal protocol.

Take-Home Bathing formula

With this add on, you will leave your consultation with a goodie bag of herbs and supplies to prepare a bath at home. Includes an additional tea blend to drink during or post bathing.

Cost: $40

Bath drawing House Call

Have a bath drawn for you at home. Included are ingredients for a personalized bath and tea blend.

This service can be booked individually or as an add on to an herbal consultation.

Cost: $300 as stand alone service // $75 add on to a house call consultation (Only available in NYC)

Follow Up Herbal Consultation::

Are an opportunity to observe the progress made and to evaluate if recommendations from the initial consultation need to be adjusted and revised. Follow ups take place three to six weeks after the initial consultation.

Cost: $75 for 30-45 mins*

*Please note, for any follow up consultations which exceed 45 min, the cost will be prorated to $150.

Includes: 30-45 minute follow up consultation. Any additional recommendations will be received within 48 hrs.
